Payment Policy
Payment for most procedures and lab work is requested at the time of service. However, we do have many financial options to assist you. In addition to major credit cards, patients may take advantage of Capital One's Family Fee Plan.
We do understand that decisions regarding treatment may be influenced by financial concerns and do understand how much additional stress this can cause. For this reason, we want to emphasize our willingness to discuss these issues with you in an open fashion.
At the completion of your treatment we will provide you with an itemized statement, and will be happy to assist you in billing your insurance if needed. We strive to assist you in any way possible to make this process as worry free as possible.
We offer free financial consultations to all of our patients at the time of their initial consultation with one of our physicians. In addition, if at any time during your treatment you need assistance regarding finances, someone will always be available to you.
